Job Description: 

Our client is a technology company providing a sales platform for livestock trading. The company has a customer base in pre-launch and preparing to go-live in February 2019. What makes this start-up an amazing opportunity – New company going places (only company in the world to win awards from Google & Facebook). You will have the opportunity to growth, the company is still small however, they are in possession of funds for growth and expansion which in turn equals to quick promotion. 3 New products – The Sales Reps aren’t competing with other reps selling similar products such as animal feed / fertilizer, etc.

The company services a R 70 Billion Market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Travel across SA selling livestock trading platform to approx. 50 Agencies and 225000 farmers
  • Manage customer relationship
  • Agri-sales experience in livestock / animal feed / with own database of clients
  • Can be based outside head-office in CT and work remotely
  • Travel allowance provided


 

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • Degree preferred but not essential
  • Sales experience in livestock / Agri-retail preferred but not essential
  • Bi-lingual preferred but not essential


 

Benefits and Contractual information:

  • Start date: January 2019 (part-time training) / February 2019 (full-time)
  • Reporting to: CEO
  • Duration: Perm
  • Salary: Basic salary and comm based on current package – Stable source of income – software is sold as monthly subscription – sales Rep receives percentage of comm from each sale to build passive income over time
